Little Carron Cottage is situated on the western edge of St. Andrews in a quiet, semi-rural location, less than a five-minute drive into Town. Directly opposite the Cottage is an entrance into the 'Lade Braes', a lovely footpath through trees and landscaped areas, which follows the path of the 'Kinness Burn' as it winds its way to its outlet at the Harbour. This delightful walk takes you into the centre of St. Andrews in about 25 minutes, without any traffic noise.
