Kinkell House offers wonderful Bed and Breakfast near St Andrews.

Kinkell is our family home and farm - only a short drive from St Andrews - where we offer you a warm welcome, good food and informal hospitality. There is a tennis court and croquet lawn in the informal gardens surrounding the house.
You have the option of enjoying the three bedrooms in the house or the two double/twin bedrooms and single bedroom in the adjacent garden cottage (breakfast - and dinner by prior arrangement - is served in the main house).Kinkell is on the coast, south and east of St Andrews.

The farm runs down to the sea, and has spectacular views of the coastline to the north and west towards St Andrews. As well as golf at St Andrews, the new courses of the St Andrews Bay Hotel are adjacent and Kingsbarns, Crail and Elie and many other courses are close by.
